Practical Minor

practical minors compliment the course work load

Bradford’s practical minors provide students with another avenue of career preparation. Each minor is a cluster of 15 to 18 credits focused upon a specific skill, theme, or area of knowledge, and is designed to help students develop a marketable skill in a field of interest that complements the more broadly based major. It helps prepare the student either for entry into the job market or for specialized graduate programs. Although a minor is not required for graduation, students are strongly urged to consider this important feature of the Bradford Plan.
