Self-Designed Major

Bradford’s self-designed major is made up of a selected sequence of courses and independent study projects that relate and connect at least two fields of learning. The design of the major should include both breadth and concentration components appropriate to the objectives of the program of studies. It also should include an appropriate Senior Seminar and Senior Project.
The self-designed major is designed for students with a special curricular interest that does not correspond to existing majors. It is reserved for students who have demonstrated the ability to work independently in an interdisciplinary mode.
