CAREER OPPORTUNITIES Depending on the students’ chosen fields of expertise,
they are prepared to enter careers in fields as diverse as human service management,
client support services, international affairs, education, government service, public relations,
journalism and other news media, non-profit organizations, and business.
Students are also prepared for careers in consulting,banking, human resource management,
hospital and medical treatment management,child service support, and international marketing
and trade Recent graduates have obtained positions such as elementary school teacher,
international trade representative with the U.S. Commerce Department, investments
account manager, office manager, conflict mediator, school guidance counselor, nursing home
administrator and probation officer. |

GRADUATE STUDY Students are prepared for graduate study in psychology,
public health, sociology, education, political science, law, social work, international
affairs, journalism and business. Examples of graduate schools to which graduates
have been accepted are: Harvard University, Brandeis University, Boston University,
Antioch College, New York University, Temple University,
DePauw University, Springfield College, University of Northern Arizona, Salem State
College and Lesley College. |
